I (she/her) am a personal trainer because my passions are people and lifelong fitness!

After two decades’ work in the field of behavioral research, viral disease surveillance, and in a corporate gym setting, I wanted to take control of my career and passions. Thus launching my own business to make fitness easy and convenient for all!

Personal Training through Corrective Exercise integrates my diverse work experience, scientific background and functional training with my passions for people and lifelong fitness. Working one-on-one or with small groups allows me to combine my training in, and knowledge of evidence-based fitness with my compassion, and a deep motivation to help all people live stronger and healthier lives!

In addition to my public health degree (MPH), I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), Women’s Fitness Specialist (WFS), a TRX (body suspension) coach, a yoga and breath-work enthusiast, and am a CPR/AED certified professional.

My personal lifelong commitment to fitness ranges from receiving an NCAA athletic scholarship, to over 16 years of yoga practice and the dynamic work in between. Drawing on my diverse experiences, I appreciate and incorporate a balanced approach to training that is ALWAYS rooted in client goals and needs.

I am Christine Jonesteller: a resilient woman who wants to motivate ALL to live more active, sustainable and joyful lives!

I utilize dynamic equipment, integrated and functional movements, and corrective strategies to improve overall strength, core stability, flexibility, balance, endurance and confidence!

I have trained with Christine for almost two years – focusing primarily on strength, balance, core, and flexibility. Christine’s training style works especially well for me. She is a great motivator – but not in an obvious way; somehow she makes you feel that your motivation came from within yourself. And because of that, it is very enduring and persistent. Very sneaky. I also appreciate Christine’s flexible and creative approach to working on trouble areas.

She is always thinking and learning about new methods she can use to work particular muscle groups or areas of your body. Every workout is a combination of yoga, pilates, TRX, kettlebells, weights, medicine balls, and cardio. And every workout is fun…sweaty, but fun. Finally, I especially appreciate Christine’s background in public health. She utilizes that training in how she approaches her work with you. Knowledgeable, fun, creative, motivating, dedicated and kind.
