I offer holistic, integrated and safe workouts. YOUR sessions are always dynamic, progressive and educational!

With a Masters in Public Health from Emory University, and as a lifetime athlete and yoga enthusiast, I present a unique preventative approach to fitness. During our sessions, I will challenge you, communicate with you, educate and incorporate corrective strategies. And always through compassionate and patient explanation and instruction. Your goals are my goals!
